Documents sent to us for translation are kept confidential and stored on servers located in Canada. We delete source files and translations two years after delivery unless the client asks us to keep them longer.

This site does not use cookies or tracking. Requests regarding personal information can be sent to our privacy officer at bureau@pochinok.org, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.
